Refund policy

We do not accept any refunds, returns or exchanges and all sales are final. All orders are thoroughly packed with care and once a package is out of our hands, it is the post office’s responsibility. We take necessary precautions to protect all orders before they are shipped.

If a package is lost or damaged, claims can be filed on the UPS or USPS website.
